Unsound Osaka starts in just two weeks from September 5th - 7th, with main events at three different venues across the city, which you can find on the Unsound Osaka website. Now it’s time to release the second wave of artist names, with a strong focus on the local club scene, and a program co-presented with key venues in Osaka.
There are two parties on Friday September 5th, which follow the Unsound concerts at V.S. The first is presented with Socore Factory, where DJ Sprinkles – “one of the most fascinating figures in electronic music” (RA) – will make a rare appearance, playing an extended set. SAITO, from Yamagata, will open. Meanwhile, at NOON+CAFE the lineup features genre-busting Dutch talent mad miran, as well as Osakan juke and footwork producer DJ Fulltono, KA4U and WÖNDER GIRL.
The main program at Creative Center Osaka on Saturday September 6th has already been announced; now added is an outdoor stage, with a takeover by Newtone Records – a mecca for DJs in Osaka – featuring Hamon and Mongoose, while the BLACK CHAMBER stage features an opening DJ set by 1729 (fka Iryoku). After Unsound at Creative Center shuts down at 9.30pm, festivalgoers have a choice of two afterparties. The first is hosted with the nearby Club Daphnia, with a lineup curated by Koshiro Hino featuring Osakan artists ZODIAK, Milky Lylei, YAMA, Bucco as well as KAPI from Sendai. Meanwhile, we’re also joining forces with Circus Osaka to present a lineup featuring DJ sets from two artists appearing live in the Creative Center Osaka program, RP Boo and 2K88, as well as KΣITO (TYO GQOM), with his take on footwork and gqom, UKD of Double Clapperz, and Osaka artists ANCHIN and Angie.Light.
The last night of concerts takes place at Ohtsuki Noh Theatre – this event is now full. But a final Unsound Osaka afterparty will take place at the local record store/club Compufunk – near the theatre – with a secret lineup.

The program at Creative Center Osaka and Ohtsuki Noh Theatre is presented as a part of the Week of Polish Culture organised by the Polish Investment Trade Agency as a part of the Poland Pavillion’s Program at Expo 2025, inspired by the title “Poland – Heritage that drives the future”.
